Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver anywhere in Saudi Arabia. Standard delivery is SAR 28, and free for orders over SAR 100.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout, including cash on delivery.
What sizes are available?
Every product comes in 200 g, 500 g and 1 kg, except Matcha Latte, which comes in 200 g. Larger sizes cost less per gram.
Which coffee should I choose for V60?
Colombia V60 for a balanced cup with chocolate and toffee notes, or Ethiopia V60 for a bright, fruity cup. Suggested recipe: 20 g coffee to 320 ml water at 91°C.
How should I store coffee after opening?
Close the bag tightly and keep it somewhere cool and dry, away from light and moisture. Coffee is best enjoyed within a few weeks of opening.
Do you offer wholesale prices?
Yes — we supply cafés, offices, hotels and retailers with pricing by volume. Send a request from the wholesale page or on WhatsApp.
Can I exchange or return a product?
As coffee is a food product, it cannot be returned once opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will replace it. Full details are in our returns & refunds policy.
