Returns & refunds

We make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. Because our products are food items, the following applies:

Products cannot be returned or exchanged once the pack has been opened, for food safety reasons.
If a product arrives damaged, expired or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the product and the invoice, and we will replace it or refund you.
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
We cover the delivery cost when an item is wrong or damaged.
