Washed Ethiopian coffee, medium roasted, giving Americano a bright, fruity character and gentle acidity.
Suggested recipe (filter)
- Coffee: 20 g
- Water: 320 ml at 91°C
- Bloom: 40 ml for 30 seconds, then two pours of 100 ml and one of 80 ml
- Total time: two and a half minutes
